Barcelona produced another attacking display on Saturday, October 17, beating Real Betis 5-2 in Seville to continue their impressive start to the La Liga season.

Goals galore in Seville

The Spanish champions overwhelmed Betis with their attacking quality, scoring five times away from home against one of the league’s more ambitious sides. Betis managed two goals of their own in a lively, open match, but they could not live with Barcelona’s pace and movement in the final third.

Barcelona’s attacking power

Scoring five away from home is a statement of intent from the reigning champions, who won back-to-back La Liga titles in 2024-25 and 2025-26. Their front line, built around young stars such as Lamine Yamal and supported by midfield creators like Pedri, remains one of the most dangerous in Europe.
