Real Madrid host Sevilla at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday, October 18, in the final La Liga match of the weekend. Kick-off is 8pm UK time (3pm Eastern).

Pressure from Barcelona

Madrid go into the game knowing their rivals have already won. Barcelona beat Real Betis 5-2 in Seville on Saturday, so anything less than victory would allow the champions to strengthen their position in the early title race.

Madrid’s attacking options

With stars such as Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham, Madrid have the firepower to break down most defences at home. The Bernabeu crowd will expect a strong performance against a Sevilla side that has historically given Madrid difficult games.

Sunday’s other La Liga fixtures
